The concept here is to embed pieces of the hard, crunchy biscuit within the delicate, crumbly chocolate.
A Structural Question
The primary challenge for a product like this would be manufacturing. A standard Flake bar is pure, unadulterated milk chocolate. Its entire identity is tied up in its delicate, folded construction.
